Are my photos uploaded?
No. The PDF is created in your browser. The images never leave your device.
Does the image quality get worse?
JPG and PNG images go into the PDF unchanged. Only WebP, HEIC and photos that the camera marks as needing rotation are saved again as JPG, in high quality.
Do iPhone photos (HEIC) work too?
Yes, in every current browser. Safari opens HEIC itself; in Chrome, Edge and Firefox the tool loads a decoder once (about 2 MB). The photo stays in your browser.
