Frequently asked questions
Can pixelated areas be made readable again?
Not when coarsely pixelated: each block has only one colour left. Lightly blurred text can sometimes be guessed. For number plates, ID cards and addresses, a black bar is the safest.
Do location and camera data stay in the image?
No. The downloaded image no longer contains metadata (EXIF), including the GPS location.
How do I draw an arrow?
Choose the “Arrow” tool and drag in the image from the start to the tip. Colour and line width can be set beforehand or for the selected annotation.
