Frequently asked questions
How random is it?
The randomness comes from your browser’s random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), drawn without bias; shuffling uses Fisher–Yates. Every order and every winner is equally likely.
How are teams assigned?
The names are shuffled and dealt out in turn. The teams therefore differ by at most one person. With “People per team”, as few teams as necessary are formed.
