How is the age calculated?
As on the calendar: first whole years, then whole months, then the remaining days up to the reference date. The birthday itself counts as a completed year.
What if I was born on 29 February?
The calculator puts the birthday on 28 February in years without a 29 February. Depending on the country and purpose, 1 March is used too.
When will I be 1 billion seconds old?
At about 31 years and 8 months: 1 billion seconds is roughly 11,574 days. The calculator shows the exact day, along with 10,000 days and 2 billion seconds. With your time of birth it is accurate to the minute.
