For privacy reasons, most registries no longer publish personal data. For .ch and .li the holder is generally not public.
What is RDAP?
The successor to Whois: the same information, but as a structured response over HTTPS. We query the registry of the respective extension directly.

With a registrar of your choice, for .ch e.g. with a Swiss hosting provider. The registry itself does not sell domains to end customers.
